We have developed our own differential bearing test machine, of which there is only a few in Japan, as well as evaluation equipment for driveshaft’s and other products. Utilizing such facilities JTEKT will continue to pursue new challenges in Research & Development fields.

Что такое радиально-упорный шарикоподшипник?

Радиально-упорный шарикоподшипник имеет асимметричные к оси дорожки. Осевые нагрузки передаются подшипником по прямой линии, в то время как радиальные нагрузки идут по наклонной линии, которая проявляет тенденцию к разделению дорожки по оси. Благодаря этому угол контакта на внутренней дорожке такой же, как и ан наружной дорожке. Радиально-упорные подшипники лучше справляются с комбинированными нагрузками (воздействующими в радиальном и осевом направлении), а угол контакта подшипника должен соответствовать относительным пропорциям имеющихся нагрузок. Чем больше угол контакта (стандартно он составляет от 10 до 45 градусов), тем больше устойчивость подшипника к осевой нагрузке, но меньше максимально допустимая радиальная нагрузка. В высокоскоростных системах, например, в турбинах, реактивных двигателях или стоматологических приборах, центробежные силы, вырабатываемые шариками подшипника, вызывают смену угла контакта на внутренней и наружной дорожке. С учетом низкой плотности (40% плотность стали), в конструкциях данного типа регулярно используются керамические материалы, например, нитрид кремния. Они значительно уменьшают центробежную силу и прекрасно подходят для высоких температур. Их процесс износа проходит так же, как и в случае подшипниковой стали, а значит, реже происходят трещины или распад структуры.

Радиально-упорные подшипники используются в большинстве велосипедов, а точнее - в конструкциях подшипников управления, поскольку на них воздействуют как осевые, так и радиальные нагрузки.
